We are delighted to welcome Kathryn Solly as our trainer for this exciting day of CPD for our team. Kathryn is a Froebel travelling tutor and draws on her considerable experience in early years, primary, secondary and tertiary education both as a teacher, lecturer, headteacher, text-book author and Ofsted inspector to present inspirational and highly relevant training sessions. In our bespoke training Kathryn will strike a balance of both practical and academic learning to share ideas for our educators to build greater knowledge and confidence in providing opportunities for young children to manage risk and challenge, and to develop our outdoor play. The session will include research, ideas and opportunities to learn more about pedagogy, practice and curriculum outdoors.
